Learning with Firebrand Training

Firebrand’s apprenticeship programmes are based around a core suite of residential training programmes delivering fundamental knowledge and skills to support on-the-job activity. Their block-release approach allows apprentices to acquire an entire skillset in one out-of-office period, rather than gaining skills incrementally in a day-release model. Residential training allows apprentices to immerse themselves in a specific product and understand how it can be effectively applied to tasks in their workplace, making them instantly more skilled and productive on their return. Delivering all training from a single venue gives Firebrand complete control over the quality of the environment, equipment and instruction for every course they deliver. This ensures that every apprentice get exactly the same first-class learning experience. All Firebrand apprentices spend at least 95% of their apprenticeship learning at work. The structured delivery ensures apprentices learn everything they need to know – and everything you want them to know – without neglecting their day-to-day role. Apprentices also gain key knowledge through online training from a range of more than 300 specialist digital training courses. Pluralsight allows apprentices virtual practice of new skills before taking them onto live systems. Springboard’s online courses are project-based, matching apprentices with real-world mentors to simulate the working environment.

Our Bootcamps

The UK Government and Firebrand Training have teamed up to offer Digital Bootcamps that are aimed at helping employers upskill their teams and shrink the digital skills-gap in their business.
