I manage Microsoft's Employee Giving Programme in the UK, identifying new giving and volunteering opportunities and supporting employees in using their giving benefits.
Tell us more about your experience
The biggest highlight of my career so far has been meeting HRH the Duke of Cambridge at his visit to Microsoft UK Campus at Thames Valley Park.
The biggest challenge has been confidently managing communities within the Microsoft's Social Impact space, using clarity and purpose in my delegating.
I have support from my manager and my team, from the Apprentice HR team at Microsoft and from my tutors at The Open University
"I chose to do an apprenticeship as I wanted to gain a qualification while working full time."
Doing an apprenticeship is a fantastic route for someone like me changing careers and needing to gain further skills to boost their career development!
